Product and Innovation Lead (f/m/d)

You are an experienced Product and Innovation Lead with a proven track record, who is passionate about the payment Industry? We are looking for a high-performing product and innovation manager with excellent coordinative and project-leading skills, combined with hands-on mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive and support our growth path in the payment
sector. 🚀

In this responsible role you will coordinate the different business units that are jointly responsible for a product and prepare business decisions around the market and customers. You will work on the design and implementation of strategies for the further development of our product and service portfolio. With your ability to create convincing value proposition, implement product marketing strategies and growth plans, you will make a significant contribution to the success of the company.

What you’ll do

Independent identification of opportunities for "break through product and service innovations" in defined search fields (portfolio strategy) and end-to-end product management
Conception and development of new, innovative products/payment services to increase sales and create a long-term, sustainable advantage for the company
Perform market research and analysis on client’s & merchant’s needs, competition, trends and regulatory framework
Execution of product innovations to expand our portfolio; from research and setup and to business cases, pitch presentation and implementation
Ensuring that the service and product portfolio is further developed, meets market needs and is continuously improved to maintain and/or increase market penetration and share
Definition of roadmaps and launch plans for innovative product development & support for technical product development
Creation of product documentation, pricing models and sales support measures in cooperation with Marketing
Monitor trends and innovations in the payments world

Your profile

Self-starter with completed business studies, ideally with a focus on product management or comparable fields
Professional experience in a comparable position; preferably in the payment or FinTech industry
Excellent English skills
Analytical and networked thinking and an eye for detail
Creative, innovative and solution-oriented mindset
Structured and active approach to project coordination
Strong communication skills and hands on mentality
Ability to manage a small department
Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment, appetite and motivation to raise the game

Of course, you will receive a competitive remuneration package, which we will be happy to discuss with you personally. For this challenging position, the gross annual remuneration package starts at around EUR 60.000,- (full-time) and depends on your qualifications and experience.
