Head of Marketing (f/m/d)

You are a senior level marketing professional with proven experience looking to join a fast-paced business to make a real difference? You have the experience to manage a team and liaise with senior stakeholders? This is an extremely broad role covering marketing, internal and external affairs. As successful candidate you have the 360-degree-communication spectrum in mind and do the best to position DIMOCO with its portfolio as well as increasing the brand value with all internal and external communication measures.

Your tasks & responsibilities

You will work closely with the managing directors and the leadership team to develop and deliver marketing measures which significantly support us in achieving our business objectives
You will manage our small corporate marketing team, set short-term and long-term department goals and lead all our marketing activities
You are confident in developing strategic marketing plans in order to attract leads and potential new customers for our services
You will drive the creation, design and implementation of the entire corporate identity and the extension of our digital presences with a strong focus on social media activities
Actively preparing and posting content on social media channels & blogs additionally supports DIMOCO’s growth on social media
Reaching the right target group at the right moment is of major importance for our company. In accordance with sales representatives and with the right marketing mix, you support us in finding the right conferences and developing the online sales channel
You will develop plans to help establish our brand and ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, web pages and promotional material)
Tracking the results of marketing strategies and creating detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback - improving marketing results by developing and executing new ideas and strategies
Responsibility for managing the marketing budget and resources

Your profile

Completed education in marketing or comparable fields
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media (including marketing activities for lead generation)
Perfect knowledge of MS Office, social media, blog software and how to handle media requests
Excellent English skills; good command of German language is preferable
Excellent organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects/plans and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Exceptional communicator and influencer with the ability to understand and react quickly to business demands
Entrepreneurial spirit, focused on goals
Strong leadership and motivational skills combined with excellent decision making
Expertise in managing budget and demonstrating effective ROI
Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment, appetite and motivation to raise the game

Of course, you will receive a competitive remuneration package, which we will be happy to discuss with you personally. For this challenging position, the gross annual remuneration package starts at around EUR 70.000,- (full-time) and depends on your qualifications and experience.
